KSEC was delighted to be part of the `Sustainable Space` at Féile Thrá Lí on 14 August in the Town Park / The Green. Other groups in the group were: Tralee Bay Wetlands, Tralee Tidy Towns, Irish Wildlife Trust, Save the Green and Transition Kerry – who coordinated the whole event.

SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme 100% Fully Funded energy upgrades for certain homeowners. The SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme provides free home energy upgrades to homeowners who get certain social welfare payments.  These upgrades help improve your home’s warmth and energy efficiency. The good news is that we in KSEC have found a new auditor and work is progressing on our various accounts. However, this means that our AGM is deferred until the Autumn. We will shortly share details about a public meeting on the Warmer Home Scheme in Killorglin and a grant-funded solar installation in Killarney.
