Rural Development (LEADER) Programme June 27, 2019 Funding KSEC is in the process of submitting a funding application to the Rural Development (LEADER) Programme. Subject to approval KSEC wishes to appoint a trainer/facilitator to deliver a Kerry-wide series of information sessions and workshops on Renewable Energy including energy reduction.
